Jen will support you in setting intentions for this upcoming New Moon and tuning you into powerful self-love and spiritual growth frequencies. The sound healing instruments she uses work with your chakras (energy centers), helping to move a lot of energy quickly, clear any blockages, and help you deepen your relationship with yourself.

This New Moon Sound Bath will help release tension and stress.
